Rise and Shine means that we rise to the occasion — and ensure every individual shines. At Friendship Circle, we are always growing to fulfill the needs of our community. When we see a need, we rise to the occasion and step in to fill that need. We believe that one little candle can light up a whole room and each and every one of us has hidden potential.
